Our busy workshop is open 6 days per week, where below we have highlighted some work we have carried out recently for various customers.

DML Drill Rig Repairs
Designed and fabricated bolt in bulletproof screens and 316 stainless window guards for two rigs including multiple hydraulic and electrical repairs, cab repairs and crack repairs.

6bt Cummins Engine Rebuild
Rebuilt for a customer powering their steel bailer.

D65 Rig Rebuild
This rebuild was carried out for a local customer. We did a complete overhaul, rewired and rehosed drill and all components overhauled or replaced.
This was then commissioned and sent to site!

Hitachi Running Issue
After extensive diagnosis and testing we found some very fine sand had made its way into the fuel pump. After stripping down the pump and rebuilding, we flushed all lines, housings and fuel tank. Throughout the repair we removed multiple handfuls of sand!
